Daniel Meir
A literary enthusiast trapped in a time wherein he doesn’t belong, Daniel Meir is a firm believer in the merits of older books. He indulges himself in Dickens, Doyle, Christie, and Shakespeare, and often spends hours studying modern, quaint, and archaic grammar. With great ambition and plans for world domination, he has great hopes for the future. When told the Teacher of The Year would be his writing instructor, he stroked his chin and remarked: “Lor, that’ll be mighty useful. Very good.” Whereupon, he laughed maniacally.
